    Hi, @Angie Runyan

This forum is public, no one from here has access to your Microsoft Billing account.

    To help narrow this down:

    1. Was Microsoft 365 purchased directly from Microsoft, or through Apple, Google, or another retailer?
    2. Do both charges appear in your Microsoft Order history, or only on your Visa statement?

Please check: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders Make sure the date range includes the dates of both charges.

Also check your active subscription here: https://account.microsoft.com/services If you can, let me know the dates and amounts of the two charges, without posting any card or personal information.

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Thanks!
