fraud on surface pro represind Apple Store

Try to open up the App Store and then that once I got into the App Store, it put a large screen on the credit card information and to be entered my name address. All the things are code for the credit card and then a note at the bottom saying there may be a 1999 charge on it from the validation fee and it has a number of Internet protecting program supposedly. I think this is fraud. I don't think Microsoft did that. I didn't fill out the filling out the information on the that they're requesting and it's still there and I can't get into any other programs because of blocks interest into any of the program and even changing the settings on the computer so restarted it and everything else please help need human help

    From what you described, this appears to be a scam page that has taken over the browser, rather than a genuine Microsoft or Apple Store request. These pages can stay in full-screen mode and make the computer appear locked. The Protect yourself from tech support scams guidance confirms that genuine Microsoft warnings do not include phone numbers or request payment through a pop-up.

    For now, please don’t select anything on the page or call the displayed number. Try pressing Alt + F4 to close the browser. If it won’t close, press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager, select Microsoft Edge or the affected browser and choose End task.

    After it closes, restart the Surface and don’t restore the previous browser tabs. Then open Windows Security and run a Full scan under Virus & threat protection > Scan options. You can also report the technical support scam.

    Could you let me know whether the page appears only after opening the browser or immediately after signing in to Windows? Also, please let me know whether you were able to close it through Task Manager and I’ll help with the next step.
