How to get access back to Hardware Workspace

I have an account on partner.microsoft.com to sign drivers. This worked a few months ago. Now, when I go to the Hardware Workspace, I'm told access is denied and that I should ask my administrator for access. When I click that link, it shows I have access to the Hardware Workspace. Hence, I'm in an infinite loop.

I opened a support case, and it has gone unanswered for over a week.

Any suggestions on how I can get some support for this? I'm totally stuck, and there seems to be no way to talk to anyone who can fix it. I had a heck of a time getting this accoutn set up with Microsoft, too. It was absolutely painful, but after several weeks it finally worked. But it's broken again.

Thanks!

For Hardware Workspace access problems, use the Hardware Program support path instead of the general Partner Center flow.

    1. In Partner Center, verify the signed-in account and assigned access:
      • Go to Settings > Account settings > My Access.
      • Under Request access and help, expand the Hardware-related workspace contacts.
      • Confirm the account is the correct work account, not a personal account with a similar sign-in.
    2. If the account should already have Hardware access, contact the organization’s Owner or Manager role holder and ask them to review access for Hardware developer programs. The Hardware workspace can be visible in access/help while still requiring the correct assigned role.
    3. For support on driver signing, publishing, Hardware Dev Center, or Hardware Workspace issues, open a case in Microsoft Engage Center. This is the recommended and fastest route for Hardware Program support. When creating the case, use:
      • Product: Windows Developer Center
      • Problem Type: Hardware Device Drivers
    4. Sign in to Engage Center with the Partner Center account that is enrolled in the Hardware Program. If a different account is used, the correct routing choices can be blocked.
    5. If signing in with the enrolled Hardware Program account is not possible, or access to the enrolled tenant is blocked, open a Partner Center support case instead using the enrollment/support path and choose Provide issue details.
    6. If Partner Center sign-in itself is failing, a support ticket can be created without signing in.

Since a support case has already gone unanswered for over a week, the most relevant next step is to re-open the issue through the dedicated Hardware Program support route in Engage Center, using the enrolled Hardware Program account. If that account cannot be used, use the Partner Center enrollment/support case path instead.
