I have my key, i do everythink till i have the the window with 3 months and the card, and after i receive error , i can't activated for the moment ... cand someone help me ?

Was this purchased directly from Microsoft, or from another store/retailer?

If you haven’t tried it yet, first sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services with the Microsoft account you are trying to activate it on and check whether the Microsoft 365 subscription/product already appears there.

To help narrow down the issue:

What Microsoft 365 or Office product/key did you purchase?

What is the exact error message or error code you get after the screen showing the 3-month option and payment card?
