Hello Stevens Bonilla
Since you have already reinstalled OneDrive, restarted the iPhone, and reset the account, I would not recommend repeating those steps.
Please open OneDrive.com in the latest version of Edge, Chrome, or Firefox and check whether the files are visible inside Personal Vault there. Also confirm that the OneDrive iOS app is signed in with the same personal Microsoft account.
- If the files appear on OneDrive.com, they have not been deleted. You can use the web version as a temporary workaround.
- If they appear online but remain missing only in the iOS app, sign out of the affected account in OneDrive, sign back in, and test Personal Vault again. This may temporarily refresh the Vault session.
If the problem returns after the Vault locks, the issue will likely require investigation by Microsoft Support rather than further local troubleshooting. Here is how to contact support:

Please do not move or delete the online Vault files while the issue is being investigated.
