Multiple 365 accounts need to close and amalgamate

I am in my family sharing 365 account and log in through my gmail e-mail address however when I open outlook it shows my e-mail address as a really weird e-mail address (loads of random letters and numbers followed by @outlook.com. I want to use my gmail account. Also I have a 365 account using an MSN e-mail address which I no longer want to use and want to get rid of it. I am struggling to do this.

    Hi,

    Could you confirm whether these are Microsoft 365 Personal/Family subscriptions, business subscriptions, or a mix? Are you looking to stop paying for duplicate subscriptions, move your emails and files into one account, or both?

    If these are personal Microsoft accounts, they cannot be merged. Microsoft explains this here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/manage/combining-microsoft-accounts
