Other features or issues related to Microsoft Partner Center
The enrollment status cannot be confirmed here, but the supported next checks and fixes are:
- In Partner Center, go to Account Settings > Legal Info and select the Developer tab if it appears. That page shows the verification status, including Pending, Authorized/Accepted, or Action Required/Rejected.
- If the page is blank or the sections to provide DUNS ID or contact information are missing, confirm that the signed-in account has the owner or manager role.
- Also confirm that the account is enrolled in the Windows or Xbox programs at Partner Center > Account Settings > Programs > Registered.
- Review the legal business details for formatting and validation issues that can block progress:
- company name and address must exactly match official registration records
- website URL must start with
https:// - primary contact email must not be a generic email or group alias, must not use plus addressing, and must be verified with the Verify email button if updated
- if Validate address appears, complete that step
- zip codes must include spaces when required
- Use Edge while making these updates, because that may reduce possible errors.
- If the Developer tab later appears with Action Required or Rejected, select Fix now and upload or re-upload clear supporting documents in Account Settings | Legal Info. Documents must be complete and match the legal business profile.
- If enrollment is delayed beyond the normal verification window, verification usually takes three to five business days. After more than five days, contact the Microsoft Edge extensions team for help. For Windows app enrollment issues where the flow cannot be completed, a Microsoft Q&A accepted answer states that a support ticket can be opened at Windows Developer Center support.
Relevant documents that may be needed for company verification include records such as a financial institution or utility statement, government registry record, stock exchange or tax filing record, external company database entry such as DUNS, or a municipality receipt.
