Please click on the following link to open the Get Help app:
https://aka.ms/SaRA-officeUninstallFromPC
Click "Open" when you see the "https://aka.ms wants to open this application" prompt.
When you see the following option, click Yes.
That should completely uninstall Office.
Note: The above option can be helpful when the standard uninstaller (via Settings → Apps) doesn't work.
