I was having an issue as when converting Ecel to PDF, it would open in Edge. I asked Copilot to show me how to make it open in Acrobat instead and it has screwed me right over. Now I have no working Onedrive on my PC (Win 10). I have reinstalled it & it wont let me et passed the use this folder part. I can still access it all from Edge but that is not good enough. please help.

    Hi @Tim Gosling

    Since your files are still available on OneDrive online, the cloud copies appear to be intact. Please avoid deleting the existing OneDrive folder while troubleshooting.

    The setup may be stuck because OneDrive still has old sign-in configuration saved:

    1. Press Windows key + R.
    2. Enter %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\settings and select OK.
    3. Delete only the file named PreSignInSettingsConfig.json.
    4. Restart OneDrive from the Start menu and sign in again.
    5. When OneDrive says the folder already exists, select Use this folder.

    Microsoft confirms that unlinking or reinstalling OneDrive does not delete files stored online, although the folders will need to resync afterward. Unlink and re-link OneDrive

    If it still stops at the same screen, please tell us exactly what happens after selecting Use this folder, including any error message shown. Thank you for your time!
