Dear Bernard, Jason, Christophe,
Thank you all for taking the time to provide those updates and additional testing results.
I understand how frustrating this must be, especially when multiple users are reporting the same behavior and it continues to occur despite trying various troubleshooting steps. Based on the observation shared so far, it appears there may not be much more that affected users can reasonably do from the client side at this point.
As previously suggested, I encourage everyone experiencing the issue to submit feedback through the appropriate Feedback feature or Feedback Hub. You may also submit a new report through the Outlook Feedback Portal. Once the report is published, you can share its link in this thread so that others experiencing the same issue can vote for it and add their feedback. This can help show how many people are affected and allow everyone to follow any updates posted on the report. Multiple reports can help ensure the product team is aware of the impact and can investigate further if needed.
Since this is a user-to-user forum, we unfortunately do not have visibility into Microsoft's back-end systems, nor can moderators, contributors, or external Microsoft employees directly intervene in product features or service-side behavior. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance based on the information available to us and our own observation.
For now, I think the best approach is to continue monitoring the situation and see whether additional reports, workarounds, or official information become available over time. If anyone notices changes, discovers a reliable workaround, or receives new information from Microsoft Support, please feel free to share it here with the community.
Thank you very much for your time and your understanding.
Warm regards.
