Cannot connect device

I cannot connect my device with my Office 365 account. Cannot login to Office or Onedrive.

Error code -2147024891 appears

I tried resetting everything, connecting with different wifi.

Not sure what I can do

    Error-2147024891, also shown as 0x80070005, normally means “Access denied.” Since both Office and OneDrive are affected, this is more likely related to Windows permissions, cached sign-in details, or a policy on the device than to Wi-Fi.

    Here are some suggestions you can try:

    Open Settings > Accounts > Access work or school. Select the Office 365 account, choose Disconnect, restart the computer, then return to the same page and select Connect.

    Search for Credential Manager, open Windows Credentials, and remove entries containing MicrosoftOffice, OneDrive, or ADAL. Restart Windows and sign in again.

    Install all available updates from Settings > Windows Update, including optional updates, then reinstall the latest OneDrive desktop app.

    Confirm that Windows is using an administrator account. If this is a company-managed device, contact your IT administrator and provide error 0x80070005, as a security policy or missing Microsoft 365 license may be blocking access.
