i bought a dell alienware but am not able to activate office 365 alhough it is being shown in the my account but it is not activating also it shows this

but i only had one family 365 trial before for 30days then i claimed it

That error in your screenshot usually indicates you have reached the limit on how long you can extend your Microsoft 365 subscription for (5 years), it is not an activation error.

If you log into your Microsoft account on this link, are you able to download and install the Microsoft 365 apps from there on your new laptop and then log into Office with your Microsoft account.
