Hello, good day and thanks for your question. I understand that you are checking for the invoice of your Microsoft 365 subscription.

Please open browser and go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and sign in with your Microsoft account and check if you can see it from there.

    • To see more orders and past purchases, select the Ordered within Past 3 months dropdown.
    • To print an order or its tax invoice, select Order details > Print / Tax Invoice.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/view-your-microsoft-store-order-history-aafefe88-3ec2-ce28-e0b6-eff1d5cc8170

If the invoice that you are looking for is not in there, you can reach out to the support team at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/ and then click on Microsoft 365 and then click Get Home Support and then type in Billing question and click the blue button that says Sign in to contact Support and login and proceed from there.

For a Microsoft 365 business subscription renewal invoice:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. If using Simplified view, select Products > View invoices.
    3. If using Dashboard view, go to Billing > Bills & payments.
    4. If there is more than one billing account, select Change billing account and choose the correct one.
    5. Select the invoice to view it online.
    6. To save a PDF copy, select Download > Download invoice.

    Useful details:

    • The first invoice for a new purchase is typically available the next day.
    • Renewal and recurring invoices are issued based on the billing frequency selected for the subscription.
    • The invoice is also sent to the registered billing notification email address, typically within 24 hours after purchase confirmation.
    • A user must be at least a Billing Administrator to view or download invoices in the admin center.
    • Microsoft 365 services do not provide payment receipts; use the invoice together with the card statement if payment proof is needed.

If the subscription is not a business subscription, invoice access is handled through the Microsoft account order history instead of the Microsoft 365 admin center.
