Hi, I´m reseller of used laptops from Spain. One of laptops I sold has a Autopilot login window during of installation of Windows. It is registrated to SAS company. I oficially bought it from the refurbishing company from Poland and I have the invoice but without a serial number of each unit, just the quantity. I think the IT department of SAS didn´t remove it from corporative account before resell it. So, I would like to know, how I can to deregistrate it for free using. Any help?

    You have 3 options:

    1. Contact SAS IT support and ask them to remove device hash based on serial number.
    2. If you have a proof of purchace that you own device, you could ask MS to remove it. Maybe the best way to create a ticket is through Intune console support.
    3. You could momentary allow personal device enrollment in mdm and override the OOBE enforcement to SAS.
