outlook : type >to ..... appears a wrong option

Hello.I notice to : new outllook on desktop, outlook web , outlook 365 the next issue :when type the first letter in new outlook in search bar in: recent mail box, incoming e.t.c appears an adress that include my microsoft mail but the name of account is not the correct but the name of a bank for which i have not create any contact.if i insert the first letter of my microsoft name account appear the correct contact.This porblem appear when start to fill search bar for all options like recent mail box favorites e.t.c except >new mail.When clik at new mail >send to>.... appears the only and corretc contact.I do not know what happens.The fist screenshot is the correct.The second is wrong

It sounds like Outlook is picking up an old or incorrect contact/suggestion. I’d first check your People/Contacts and see if your email address is saved anywhere with the bank’s name. If there’s no such contact, it could be an Outlook sync or autocomplete issue. Since it happens on both the web and desktop versions, Microsoft may need to check the account-side suggestion data.

Sorry i do not understand.All version of outllook works.But typing in search bar with all options: recent mail box , favorites e.t.c appears wrong name.the name of one of my 3 banks!!!.And not appear the correct and only exist contact.When choose new mail and typing the mail appears the correct name.When typing the correct name in search bar also appear the correct ''contact''.When clik share to smartphone (for sharing to myslef)and choose outlook>typin the wrong contact i receive the mail with the correct name!!!

1 - Create a new Contact entry for the incorrect name/address with the right data. Outlook gets it's suggestion by searching your Contacts first and then your Suggested People/Autocomplete cache.

2 - If that doesn't work, clear your Suggested People/Autocomplete cache.

If the incorrect suggestions are coming from your Suggested People/Autocomplete cache - Outlook builds the cache from emails you have sent or received. If someone sent you an email with an incorrect name in the past, Outlook could have added it to the cache. If Autocomplete continues to cause you problems, clear the cache and disable it.
