Hi sakshisinghrajput,
Even if Windows 11 Pro is activated with a digital license, that does not automatically mean Microsoft Office is licensed. Windows and Office licenses are separate products.
First, check whether your Microsoft account has an Office license
- Sign in to your Microsoft account at My account.
- Open Services & subscriptions.
- Look for any of the following:
- Microsoft 365 Personal
- Microsoft 365 Family
- Office Home & Student
- Office Home & Business
- Office Professional
- If an Office product appears there, use that same Microsoft account to sign in to Word, Excel, or another Office app and activate Office.
However, if you're using a school-issued education account for Office and you don't see any license listed under Subscriptions, you'll need to contact your school's IT administrator for clarification. In many cases, educational institutions assign students a Microsoft 365 Education A1 license, which provides access to Office on the web only and does not include the rights to use the desktop Office applications.
I hope this provides enough clarity and helps you stay inform with your current situation.
