Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
To stop the $14.22 monthly charge, turn off recurring billing for the Microsoft subscription linked to the card.
- Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the Microsoft account that owns the subscription.
- Find the subscription that matches the $14.22/month charge and select Manage.
- If Manage is not visible, it may already be showing subscription details or the wrong account might be signed in.
- In the subscription details, select Turn off recurring billing.
- Read what happens when recurring billing is turned off, then confirm by choosing I don't want my subscription.
- Access to the subscription continues until the listed expiry date; charges stop after that.
If the charge is not found under the account, or if it appears to be unauthorized, investigate the charge from the Microsoft side and, if needed, work with the bank/card issuer:
- Go to the Manage your payments page from the Microsoft account dashboard and use the Investigate option for the unrecognized charge.
- If the charge still cannot be identified as a valid subscription, contact the bank or card provider to dispute or block further charges.
If recurring billing is already off and the subscription is close to expiry, no further action is needed; the subscription ends on the expiry date and will not renew.
