Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
To get an invoice for a Microsoft 365 or other Microsoft subscription/order, use one of these methods depending on where the purchase was made:
- If the order was made with a personal Microsoft account (consumer purchase):
- Go to the order history page at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and sign in with the Microsoft account used for the purchase.
- Select Payment & billing > Order history.
- Under Refine, filter to the date range that includes 01 June 2026 and locate order Removed PII (status should be Completed or Redeemed).
- Select Order details for that order, then select Print to print or save the invoice (for example, to PDF). You can also use the browser’s print function.
- If the order is for Microsoft 365 for business (admin purchase):
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center with the billing admin account.
- Go to Billing > Bills & payments.
- Locate the invoice for the billing period that includes 01 June 2026 and download the invoice PDF.
If downloading from the website is not possible (for example, access issues), create a support request from the appropriate admin center or use the Microsoft Support contact page for billing assistance.
