Hi, I need 'Tax Invoice' for Order number 5fa058a9-af7a-4e0f-8b07-a591bb723aa7. I have already tried to download and print from my Microsoft 365 account site. This order lacks the 'Tax Invoice' option.

I recommend that you start a new thread, using the Ask a question option. Be sure to clarify, in that new thread, if you have a personal or business subscription. Good luck.

The current thread is old and it will be closed.

To get an invoice for a Microsoft 365 or other Microsoft subscription/order, use one of these methods depending on where the purchase was made:

If the order was made with a personal Microsoft account (consumer purchase):
1. Go to the order history page at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and sign in with the Microsoft account used for the purchase.
2. Select Payment & billing > Order history.
3. Under Refine, filter to the date range that includes 01 June 2026 and locate order Removed PII (status should be Completed or Redeemed).
4. Select Order details for that order, then select Print to print or save the invoice (for example, to PDF). You can also use the browser’s print function.
If the order is for Microsoft 365 for business (admin purchase):
1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center with the billing admin account.
2. Go to Billing > Bills & payments.
3. Locate the invoice for the billing period that includes 01 June 2026 and download the invoice PDF.

If downloading from the website is not possible (for example, access issues), create a support request from the appropriate admin center or use the Microsoft Support contact page for billing assistance.
