How to find voting results using Polls App

The Poll has been sent out and people are responding but where do I see each persons response?

Thank you for your message.

To view each person’s response in your Poll, you will need to make sure that the “Record names of respondents” option is enabled when creating the poll. Only when this setting is selected will individual responses be available, and they can only be viewed by the poll creator.

Once this option is enabled, you can open the Poll in Microsoft Teams and click on “More,” which will redirect you to Microsoft Forms in the web browser. From there, you can either open the results in Excel or select “View individual responses” to see how each participant answered.

The answer is to open the poll in Forms. From there the information can be broken down or exported to Exell

Hi Microsoft team, I have the same issue and the 'More' option does not come up despite the fact that I made the poll myself and asked for names to be recorded.

Please could you help me find the results of the Poll? Thanks

To see each person’s response for a poll created with the Polls app (Microsoft Forms):

Open the poll’s results view
- In Teams, on the poll card, select More (…)
- This opens the Responses Overview page in Microsoft Forms.
View individual responses
- On the Responses Overview page, select Check individual results.
- This shows each responder and their answers for every question.
(Optional) Export to Excel
- Select Open results in Excel to download all responses.
- In the workbook, each row represents one person’s response, with their answers in separate columns.

If participant names were recorded when the poll was created, the individual view and the Excel file will show the name and answer of each participant.
