Hi, Rasul

Office Home & Business 2024 is normally tied to the Microsoft account used when the key is redeemed. Once the key is already redeemed, there usually isn’t a self-service option to move it from a personal account to a work account.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

First, sign in to Microsoft Services & subscriptions using the personal account and check whether Office Home & Business 2024 appears there. If it does, that is the account you must use to reinstall or activate Office.

If you need it on a work PC, it is recommended that you install Office using the personal account that owns the license, then check with your company whether using a personal Office license on a work device is allowed.

If the license must be under the work account, only Microsoft Support can possibly change the linked account, and they may refuse if the key was bought from a third-party seller. In that case, your realistic options are to request a refund/replacement from the seller or buy a new license under the correct account.
