Hi,

I understand that you need with your billing issues. Kindly note that this community is composed of fellow Microsoft users—we are not Microsoft employees and do not have access to tools or systems to review transactions or account details.

For your billing issue, I recommend to directly contact Microsoft support specifically with Accounts and Billing department.

You may refer to the steps below for reference:

Go to the admin center at https://admin.cloud.microsoft. If you get a message that says you don't have permission to access this page or perform this action, you aren't an admin. For more information, see Who has admin permissions in my business?.

  1. On the bottom right side of the page, select Help & support.
  2. On the Support Assistant page, type your message or question into the text box. You will get a set of results to your question or message.
  3. If the results don't help, select the Contact Support (headset) icon at the top of the page or bottom left on the page.
  4. Choose your contact method, phone or email. Add and confirm your contact details and select Contact me. The expected wait time is indicated in the Contact support pane.
