To see current Microsoft 365 subscription details (including status, renewal, and billing) after changing login, bank details, or device, use the account’s Services & subscriptions page.

    1. Open the Services & subscriptions page: Go to the Subscriptions page.
    2. Sign in with the correct Microsoft account:
      • Use the Microsoft account email and password that the subscription is tied to (this may differ from older login details if changed).
    3. Review subscription details under Subscriptions / Services & subscriptions:
      • Check:
        • Product name (for example, Microsoft 365 Family/Personal)
        • Status (Active, Expires on [date], or Expired)
        • Next charge date and amount (if recurring billing is on)
        • Expiration date if recurring billing is off
    4. Check renewal/recurring billing settings:
      • If you see a circular arrow and next charge information, recurring billing is on.
      • If you see Expires on [date], the subscription will end on that date unless renewed.
    5. Manage billing plan (if needed):
      • On the same page, select Manage next to the subscription.
      • Review the billing cycle and, if available, select Switch plan to change between annual and monthly payments.

If the subscription was purchased through a third party (for example, a retailer or app store), selecting Manage may redirect to that provider’s site, where subscription and billing details can be viewed or changed.

    Hi,

You said you changed "login" details. I would like to inform you that Microsoft subscriptions cannot be moved to another account.

You can check your subscription at https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365 page where you can also verify the card you are being charged.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.
