Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
To see current Microsoft 365 subscription details (including status, renewal, and billing) after changing login, bank details, or device, use the account’s Services & subscriptions page.
- Open the Services & subscriptions page: Go to the Subscriptions page.
- Sign in with the correct Microsoft account:
- Use the Microsoft account email and password that the subscription is tied to (this may differ from older login details if changed).
- Review subscription details under Subscriptions / Services & subscriptions:
- Check:
- Product name (for example, Microsoft 365 Family/Personal)
- Status (Active, Expires on [date], or Expired)
- Next charge date and amount (if recurring billing is on)
- Expiration date if recurring billing is off
- Check:
- Check renewal/recurring billing settings:
- If you see a circular arrow and next charge information, recurring billing is on.
- If you see Expires on [date], the subscription will end on that date unless renewed.
- Manage billing plan (if needed):
- On the same page, select Manage next to the subscription.
- Review the billing cycle and, if available, select Switch plan to change between annual and monthly payments.
If the subscription was purchased through a third party (for example, a retailer or app store), selecting Manage may redirect to that provider’s site, where subscription and billing details can be viewed or changed.
