A Microsoft offering that enables tracking of cloud usage and expenditures for Azure and other cloud providers.
The nonprofit Contact Us form is the only supported channel for issues with nonprofit eligibility, tenant access, and Azure grant activation or renewal, including “Something’s gone wrong. Please contact us for assistance with your Azure grant.” errors.
When the Contact Us form itself fails, the documented options are:
- Try again later and from a different browser or network, ensuring all required fields are completed and reCAPTCHA is validated.
- Use the other standard nonprofit support entry points that ultimately route to the same support system:
- For technical or billing issues with Azure related to the grant, open a support request from the Azure portal using the tenant where the grant is applied.
- If the problem involves tenant access or domain/organization details (for example, if the validated tenant or domain has changed), review and, if needed, update the organization profile in the Nonprofit Hub, then attempt the Contact Us form again.
- Do not create a new tenant as a workaround for the failed renewal or form error, because only one active tenant can be approved for nonprofit offers at a time and additional tenants can cause validation delays or disqualification.
If the Contact Us form continues to fail after multiple attempts and browser checks, the next step is to submit a support request through the Azure portal or Microsoft 365 admin center (depending on where billing for the Azure subscription is managed) so support can investigate the Azure grant renewal failure and assist with routing to nonprofit support if needed.
To help support resolve the case faster once a request is successfully submitted, include:
- Organization name and primary domain.
- Tenant ID and Nonprofit ID.
- A description of the Azure grant renewal error and that the Nonprofit Contact Us form returns “Error occurred while submitting request. Please try again.”
Also ensure the nonprofit profile and contact information in the Nonprofit Hub are accurate and up to date, as this is required for validation and communication about grants.
