Need parental consent as account age is wrong, but parental consent doesn't work.

When I try to log in to my account and verify it, it says I need parental consent and it says I'm 13, although I'm 17. I can't log in to my account without giving parental consent.

Then when my parent does consent, it keeps saying 'something's not working. It's not you, it's us.'

I have never had this problem before even though I've been using the same account, it's never said I need parental consent to log in, and I haven't changed anything.

I need to log into my account but parental consent also won't work.

Hi! This can happen if you were recently added to a Microsoft Family group and were added as an organizer instead of as a member. That can cause issues when signing in or trying to change account permissions. What you can try is asking a Microsoft Family organizer with an adult account to sign in here:

https://account.microsoft.com/family

Then click the three dots on your account profile and select Remove consent.
