Hi folks,
As the title says, I appear to be running into error code 30015-11 (2147942405) whenever I attempt to install office on my PC. I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:
Turned off all firewalls / antivirus on my PC
Used Revo Uninstaller to remove all trace of Office 365 before attempting to re-install
Used Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant to uninstall / reinstall Office 365
Created a new user to test if it was an issue with my account
I also tried contacting office customer support a few days ago - they also could not figure out the issue. They said they would call me back but they haven't, and I'm hesitant to reach out to them because they haven't suggested anything I haven't already tried.
One thing to note: I cant afford to install new windows or anything which requires a large amount of internet..

Did you also try the Windows System File Checker (before attempting to reinstall Office)?
I suggested that elsewhere before I realized that the current thread is actually a continuation of an older thread (now locked).
