Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Was your Microsoft 365 subscription originally purchased in a different country or region?

If so:

Microsoft 365 subscription is tied to the country and currency where it was originally purchased. Because of that, the system won’t let you extend the subscription or set up auto-billing using a payment method from your new country.

What you can do instead is cancel your current subscription and wait for it to expire (or you can cancel it early if possible). Once it’s fully expired, you can purchase a new Microsoft 365 subscription using your correct country and billing information.

I really hope this information is helpful! Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

If you're experiencing issues with your credit and debit cards being declined for a Microsoft 365 Family subscription in Indonesia, there are several factors you might want to consider:

    1. Card Acceptance: Ensure that the card you're using is accepted in your region. Some cards may not be supported for transactions in Indonesia.
    2. International Transactions: Verify with your bank that your card is enabled for international transactions, as this can sometimes lead to declines.
    3. Card Type: Note that certain types of cards, such as prepaid or virtual cards, are not accepted for Microsoft subscriptions.
    4. Accurate Information: Double-check that the name, address, and CVV code you entered match exactly what's on the card.
    5. Card Status: Make sure your card is active and not blocked by your bank.
    6. Sufficient Funds: Confirm that there are sufficient funds or credit available on your card to cover the subscription cost.

If you've checked all these factors and are still facing issues, it may be helpful to contact your bank for further assistance or to reach out to Microsoft support for help with your subscription payment issues.
