    Hello,

Microsoft personal account and business account belong to two different/separate ecosystems, so you cannot move your business account to the personal side of products.

However, you can definitely move the files.

The easiest way to do so is - do you have both OneDrive personal and business accounts signed in via OneDrive desktop apps? If so, you should have two folders already in your File Explorer. Just move files directly out of the business folder into the personal folder. Make sure you move it in batches as it is challegning to move the entire 1TB or huge size of files in one batch.

If you have subscriptions in the business account, go to Admin Center https://admin.microsoft.com > Billing > Your products and cancel them.

Then you need to sign up for products on the personal side if you need them.

To move your OneDrive business account to your personal account, you can follow these general steps:

    1. Sync Your Files: First, sync the files from your OneDrive for Business account to your local device. You can do this by using the OneDrive sync client.
    2. Copy Files: Once your files are synced, you can copy the files from your local device to your personal OneDrive account. This can be done by dragging and dropping the files into the OneDrive folder associated with your personal account.
    3. Verify Data: After copying, ensure that all your important files have been successfully transferred to your personal account.
    4. Delete from Business Account: If you no longer need the files in your business account, you can delete them to free up space.

It's important to note that the data in your personal account will not expire once you create a new business email account and migrate your data. You can choose to move all your data or just specific files as needed.

For detailed steps on how to move files specifically, you can refer to the Microsoft documentation on migrating OneDrive files.
