Dear @Mohd Azril Shafiq Mustaffa,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Those emails are still appearing on the web version as you mentioned; where exactly do they appear, in which tab and which folder?

Have you tried searching for the subject, content, or sender of those emails within the New Outlook yet? If you search for them, do they show up?

Could you please try removing your account from the New Outlook, then sign back in and let me know how it goes?

Looking forward to your response!

It sounds like the issue with the unread emails disappearing in the new Microsoft Outlook could be related to filtering settings. Sometimes, items may not actually be deleted but are filtered from view due to certain settings applied to the folder. Here are some steps you can take to check and adjust the filtering options:

    1. In the ribbon, select the View tab.
    2. In the Current View area, select View Settings.
    3. Select Filter, and then review the following tabs for any selections that could filter out specific messages:
      • Tasks
      • More Choices
      • Advanced

If there are any filters applied that might be causing the unread emails to not display, adjusting or removing those filters should help resolve the issue. Additionally, ensure that the view settings are set to show all items, including unread emails.

If the problem persists after checking the filters, it may be beneficial to look into any synchronization issues or settings specific to the new Outlook version you are using.
