Hi! If what you mean is merging multiple Microsoft accounts into one single account (so that all data, history, purchases, and subscriptions from the other email addresses are combined into one), that isn’t supported.

What you can do instead is:

Manually transfer your files/data (for example, move/copy OneDrive files, export emails/contacts where applicable, etc.).

If there are subscriptions on the accounts you won’t keep, you’ll need to cancel them on those accounts and then purchase/activate a new subscription on the account you want to keep.

If you plan to delete any of the accounts, make sure you transfer anything you need and handle subscriptions first, because once an account is deleted you wont be able.

To combine multiple Microsoft 365 accounts into a primary account, you can follow these general steps:

  1. Identify the Primary Account: Determine which account has the most OneDrive storage and is the one you want to keep.
  2. Transfer Data Manually: Unfortunately, there is no automated process to merge accounts. You will need to manually transfer data from the secondary accounts to the primary account. This involves downloading files from the secondary OneDrive accounts and uploading them to the primary OneDrive account.
  3. Delete Secondary Accounts: Once you have transferred all necessary data, you can delete the secondary accounts. Make sure to remove any licenses associated with these accounts if you no longer need them.
  4. Consider Licensing: If you have unlicensed accounts, you may want to assign licenses to them before transferring data, as this can help ensure that you have access to all features during the transfer process.
  5. Cleanup: After transferring data and deleting the unnecessary accounts, ensure that you clean up any remaining storage or licenses associated with those accounts to optimize your Microsoft 365 environment.

For more detailed procedures, especially regarding data transfer and account management, you may want to refer to Microsoft’s documentation on managing accounts and data transfer processes.

Sign in to your account, which has the family plan subscription applied, and try adding your other accounts here: account.microsoft.com/family

If you have the Microsoft 365 Family plan, try adding your accounts to that plan. It won't eliminate multiple accounts, but will give you more storage per account.
