I am being billed for a MS Project subscription, which is being charged to my business debit card. I want to cancel the subscription, but the account system will not allow me to review my invoices because I signed up using my hotmail.co.uk email and it is insisting that I use a business domain name. I have tried calling the automated account system and it will not allow me to change my subscription because it says i need to be an administrator. I would like to know how I get this resolved.

Thanks Virginia - I have tried both of the first two options but the automated system is not capable of resolving it. I will try filing a formal complaint though
Did you ask to speak with a real person/agent when chatting with the bot? Perhaps that’s needed.
Sadly no - the bot will not allow me to get to the point of actually speaking to anyone. I did manage to connect to an agent through online chat on the consumer side, but they have no ability to address my issue.
Sorry to hear that, hopefully the formal complaint will work.
