How to install Microsoft 365 Personal from Costco store

The subscription from 2009/18/2024 expires today. I purchased a new one at Costco but I get this:

Sorry we don't recognize the product key you entered. If the product key you entered is correct you may need to enter it at another site.

Please help!!!!

Could you let me know where you’re trying to redeem the Office 365 product key? Also, is it a 1-year Office 365 license purchased from a retailer?

Open an Incognito tab and sign in with your Microsoft account here.

Click Get Started, then enter your product key and sign in with the email account you want to associate with the license.

After redeeming the key, go to the Services & subscriptions page in your Microsoft account and confirm that the subscription appears there and is shown as active.
