Using Outlook for iOS for personal email and calendar management
Hello MELDA Barragan, thanks for posting this in our community.
First, make sure you have a stable internet connection. You can test this by opening a website or running ping outlook.office365.com in Command Prompt.
If you’re using the Outlook Desktop App, close Outlook, then navigate to %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook and delete the .ost files. These will rebuild automatically when you restart Outlook. If you’re using Outlook Web App (OWA), clear your browser cache or try accessing your mailbox in InPrivate/Incognito mode.
Next, verify your account settings in Outlook. Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings and confirm that your account is listed and shows as Connected. If it’s disconnected, click Repair and follow the prompts.
Check your sync settings by going to File > Options > Advanced > Send/Receive. Make sure your account is included in the group and set to auto-send/receive.
Try logging in on another device using Outlook Web App or the mobile app. If emails appear there, the issue is likely with your Outlook client.
If the problem persists, recreate your Outlook profile. Open Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles, create a new profile, and add your account again.
Kind regards,
John Oli
