is there a way that you can contact someone from Microsoft customer services as all help prompts have been unsuccessful

I am not familiar with all the computer technology I am elderly and have little to no experience getting around. Is there no way to speak with a live customer service person or is that not in Microsoft's business model?

Please provide full details on the problem you are experiencing, is that with a Microsoft 365 subscription (the forum you posted to) or is that with something else, I checked your profile on Q&A and you have created another thread about a hacked account, if that is the problem you are experiencing, please provide full details on what happens when you try to access your account and what indication you see that the account has been hacked.

hi Dave,

basically i am unable to access my private live account it appears i have either been hacked or my acc stolen.

when i try to go through the steps to reset my password nothing it working.

method of using phone for access code it is saying this verification method is currently unavailable.

when i use other method using my work email address its is saying it is not valid. ny account gets blocked and i can not try again for 24hrs but it just repeats the same problem then when i try again.

Thank you for that information, if your account has been hacked, try using the steps they provide on this link to recover a hacked account, if that process is not successful, your account may not be recoverable, this forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, their support is very hard to contact, try to find a local support phone number in your location.

If you are having trouble with help prompts and need to contact Microsoft customer service, you can do so by following these steps:

Go to the admin center: Visit the Microsoft 365 admin center at https://admin.cloud.microsoft. Ensure you are logged in as an admin.
Access Help & Support: On the bottom right side of the page, select Help & support.
Search for your issue: Type a question or keyword into the text box. If you see a drop-down list, select the closest option or continue typing your question and press Enter.
Contact Support: If the results do not resolve your issue, scroll down and select Contact Support. Fill in the description of your issue, confirm your contact details, select your preferred contact method, and then select Contact me.

You should expect an indication of the wait time in the Contact support pane. For a smoother experience, it is recommended to open separate support requests for different issues.

If you are not an admin, you will need to use the support page provided for non-admin users.
