Hello, it seems the contact list was made, but contacts weren't added, showing zero members. Usually, you need to pick the list and then add contacts.
Check for Add members or Manage members when you open the list. If it's Outlook, open the list, click Edit, find and add your contacts, and save. The member count should then change.
Are you using Outlook, Gmail, or something else?

To add members to a contact list in Microsoft 365, follow these steps:
Make sure that the contacts you are trying to add are properly set up in your directory. If they are not showing as members, double-check that they have been correctly added to your contact list.
Once you have added members to your contact list, you can send a group email to them as needed.
