Hello Terry Burlingame
I understand how frustrating it is when you spend time creating a contact list of 67 members in the New Outlook for Windows, only for the app to display "0 members" and refuse to send your group email.
Have you already tried Q&A Assist suggestions? In addition, could you confirm:
- What is the domain or provider of the email account you are using? (For example: Is it a Microsoft address like @outlook.com / @hotmail.com, or a third-party account like @gmail.com or @yahoo.com?)
In the meantime, please try the following:
1, Recreate and verify the list via the web browser:
- Go to Outlook on the web
- Click on the People icon (the two-person silhouette on the left menu).
- Look for your contact list there.
If it shows 0 members, add them directly on the web version.
2, Verify Contact Storage location
- Make sure the 67 individuals are saved under your primary Microsoft account's "Contacts" folder, not under a separate local folder or a secondary email account's address book.
