Why does one drive not have privacy settings to prevent SPAM AND MALWARE

To add more security on your OneDrive we recommend you to use the Two factor verification like Microsoft Authenticator, You can also enable the encryption on your OneDrive by enabling it from your mobile device. As of now no toggle setting on the OneDrive when sharing data, folder or files.

OneDrive can let you share this to some user or specific people by clicking the share link at the top of the page.
