I was hacked and took my laptop to a technician who had to wipe my files and delete my office suite from my computer. Now I cant use word etc. and I don't have the product key that is being requesting when i try to open word. I think I just need the product key but don't have access to it.

When you first installed and activated Office that licence should have become associated to your Microsoft Account as a digital licence online and it is from there that you can re-install Office without the need for a product key:

    Log into your Microsoft account:

    https://account.microsoft.com/services?lang=en-US#main-content-landing-react

    Choose Subscriptions on the left side. Now look for office under Products You Purchased. If you see office, you can reinstall it without a key. If it's not shown, then I'm afraid you will need the product key.

    Alternatively, you can purchase another desktop version of office.
