Why can I not pin emails to top on my version of outlook. Do not like the flagging email option. Want to pin important ones.

You can install the new Outlook for Windows via the Microsoft Store.
Which version do you have? In the new Outlook, go to Settings > General > About Outlook.
Looks like outlook classic, I don't see that settings screen you pictured anywhere.
If you have the classic Outlook, there is no option to pin e-mail messages. That is correct.

You should see the option to Pin a message even though the Flag option is there.
Does my version not have that Icon then? If so what version do I need and how do I get it. My phone outlook only has flag, but my other computer/tablet has pin and flag.
