Hello Wallace Judd

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A regarding the issue where one specific email address is not receiving mail in Outlook connected to Exchange Online. To better isolate the cause, could you please provide answers to the following?

  1. Can you send emails successfully from this Outlook account?
  2. Does the issue occur only in the Outlook app (desktop/mobile), or also in Outlook on the web (outlook.office.com)?
  3. Have there been any recent changes, like password updates, app versions, or mailbox rules?
  4. Is this issue limited to one user, or are others in your organization affected?

In the meantime, can you also try to:

  • Clear Cache: Close Outlook, press Windows key + R, type %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook, open RoamCache, and delete the files (backup first if preferred).
  • Install Outlook updates, then create a new profile via File > Account Settings > Manage Profiles and re-add the account.

I am looking forward to your reply.

Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your further updates and more detailed information, we can work together to find a resolution.

Note: Please follow the steps in our documentation to enable e-mail notifications if you want to receive the related email notification for this thread.

We were able to resolve the issue: it turns out there was a new rule (diverting all new mail to the RSS feed!) that was well hidden. The issue appears to be resolved.

Thanks again for your help.

I guess Microsoft is just too big and forgot how Bill Gates started off. Maybe something will happen to remind the employees where Microsoft got started, in a garage and just taking other programs for other people and not giving them nothing in return not even a thank you. I guess it is time to move away from this Big Tech company. Customer Serving has been going down hill for about the last 5 years. It is called Money Hungry. Look at Ms. McKenzie giving away money on top of money. She knows how to give away money. Microsoft would Double in returns if Customer Service was Microsoft's Number 1 goal instead stuck in "COVID" not my job syndrome just like it was couple years ago it seemed like "COVID" has made business dumb. I am through with such business that act like customers are annoying.

Whatever, if you have not fixed it since March 31. Microsoft is dead to me. Tech Giant has fallen and cannot get up. Just shot Microsoft and get it out of my misery.
