Reinstall Bluetooth driver. This you can do automatically either via Device Manager or download and install manually from the support site of the manufacturer.

Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter:

Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Other > Bluetooth

Restart Bluetooth Support Service:

Press Win + R, to open Run menu and type services.msc, find Bluetooth Support Service, and restart it.
