How to fix this? I don't remember setting alternate email, The personal vault work just fine and accessible in OneDrive Windows but problematic in web browser or Android OneDrive:

Visit the link: Go to https://account.live.com/proofs/marklost on a desktop browser.
Follow the prompts to update your security info. You may need to verify your identity using any method still available (e.g., a recovery code, trusted device, or email).
Once updated, try accessing the Personal Vault again on Android.
Use Trusted Devices: If you have a device marked as “trusted” in your Microsoft account, it may bypass some of these checks. You can manage trusted devices from your account settings.

And also:

You mentioned that access works fine on Windows and sometimes on Firefox for Android/Linux. That’s likely because those platforms are able to use cached credentials or trusted device status.
Android OneDrive app may enforce stricter identity checks, especially if it detects a new device or IP address.

Hi Ryuuzaki,

Looks like OneDrive is asking for an alternate email to verify your identity, but the one you entered doesn’t match. If you don’t remember setting it, try these:

Go to https://account.live.com/proofs/manage to check your recovery options.
Use the “I have a code” link if you saved a recovery code.
Click “I don’t have any of these” to start Microsoft’s recovery process.
You can still access your Personal Vault via the OneDrive Windows app while sorting this out.

but the one you entered doesn’t match.

But the thing is, I don't enter anything, I don't see any input form.

The error occurred when I click my greyed out email.

yeah, clicking that and then next button, allowing me to access personal vault via code sent to my email.

The behavior of accessing personal vault on non-windows platform is undefined (not consistent), sometimes it works, sometimes work after experiencing frustration, sometimes not work at all (I hope to have a better experience on non-Windows platform):

I recently just tried accessing it via Firefox browser in Linux desktop, and it didn't complain about alternate email after clicking that greyed email and it just send an OTP code to my email.

on OneDrive Android didn't work:

on OneDrive Firefox browser android apparently work after clicking next button:

on OneDrive desktop Windows work by entering my PIN/Password User that used to login in Windows (this is the most stable and reliable one, am I locked to this solution to access my personal vault?)
