How to check which MS Office lic is linked to which email

I have 3 MS Office LIC and need to check which email address the lic is associated to

Hello. Are these Office licenses installed on specific PCs, and do you still have access to those machines?

Open any Office app (like Word or Excel) on each PC.

Go to File > Account or Office Account.

Look under Product Information. If the license is linked to a Microsoft account, you’ll see “Belongs to: [email address]”.

If you don’t see an email address there, it may be an unlinked retail key or a volume license.

Thanks for the update. Well, in this case, do you still have access to the product keys or confirmation emails for any of the Office licenses?

Try this:

Check your email inboxes (any you think you might’ve used) for subject lines like:

"Your Office product key"

"Thanks for your Microsoft purchase"

"Microsoft Services & Subscriptions"

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/ and sign in with each email you suspect was used. If the license is tied to that account, it will show under “Subscriptions” or “Office products.”

If you find a product key and want to check if it’s linked to a Microsoft account, use:

https://setup.office.com/ → enter the key → it will prompt you to sign in with the associated email (if it's still valid).

Without a working PC and no key or email trace it can be very hard.
