ok so i just got my new laptop (hp victus) and I had a lifetime Microsoft office basic 365 subscription and a 100gb cloud storage with it and they had setup everything in the soft itself but now after 2-3 days I see that the 365 copilot has been updated and now when im opening the app its showing me to buy Microsoft 365 and I also didn't get my 100gb cloud storage. when I go to my Microsoft account its clearly still showing in my purchases but im not able to install or use it please help
