Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Did you check your Confirmation email or purchase document to see if you have received the Product key?

You will need to check your purchase document, such as a receipt or email confirmation, to find the product key. If you haven't received a product key, you will have to contact the seller who sold you the product.

In some cases, if you're unable to find the seller or if the seller does not respond, your next step is to contact the website or store where it was purchased.

Usually, when a device comes with pre-installed Office applications, the apps will already be on the device. All you need to do is open any Office application such as Word and sign in with your account to activate Office. The product will be registered to your Microsoft account. However, in cases where you did not have the Office apps installed previously on your device and the seller mentioned that the device includes Office Home 2024 lifetime bundled with the laptop in any documentation or in the description, you should get the product key from the seller or contact the store (e.g. Amazon, Bestbuy, etc..) first.

If you still need help, you can contact Microsoft support directly and see if they can help.

    1. Go to this page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact
    2. Type "Talk to an agent," then click Get Help.
    3. At the bottom of the page, click Contact Support. Please sign in to your Microsoft account if needed. If you are encountering the same issue when using the affected account, please use a different one to contact the Microsoft support team.
    4. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office Products" > "Office questions" > Confirm.
    5. Click Chat with a support agent in your web browser.

Let me know if you still need more help.
