How to change credit card country of origin?

I have moved and changed countries (from Ireland to Slovakia). I updated my profile info without any issues, with Slovakia and Slovakian tel number. I have family 365 subscription that will soon expire - I want to update it with Slovakia card. It won't let me. The card - when I am prompted to add a new one, the country is by default Ireland. I cannot change the field. I cannot cancel subscription either as it asks me to add a new card. How do I go about this - where else do I need to change the country I live in? I am frankly speechless how one of the most important processes - payments - do not work. Thanks for your suggestions.

Based on the information you provided, you would like to change the credit card associated with your Microsoft 365 subscription. Just a reminder, our Subscriptions are region based. Since you initially purchased an office using Ireland card, our system will not allow us to use a card issued on a different country. The options that we have for you is to renew the office using a card issued in Ireland or just wait for the subscription to expire and purchase new subscription using your Slovakia card.

To purchase new subscription, go to office.com/buy using your Microsoft account.
