Is there a live person to contact or call?

I installed M365 on a different machine and the Apps required an activation code. I went through the process, but not getting an e-mail from MS with the activation code.

Microsoft 365 is activated using an account with a subscription to the product, no activation code is required. If you have purchased Microsoft 365, you can redeem the purchased 5*5 key into your Microsoft account and use it to log in to the M365 component to activate the product.

Visit the Microsoft account, Services & subscriptions page website and make sure you have an M365 product under your account that is within the subscription period, then log in to M365 using that account to activate the product!

Type your problems in the search box there. ( For example, Contact support.)
Now click on Get Help and select Contact Support below.
Go to the Products & Services tab and choose the Microsoft365 and Office category
On the Category tab, choose Activate my product.
Go to Confirm.
Choose to chat with a support representative or request a call back.

Note: The support contact team only works at certain times, so if the last window shows that it's unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. This way, they can call you and help you.
