OneDrive Personal Vault is empty on iPhone!

Hello,

I'm using OnedDrive and its Personal Vault for years. Everything woked fine. But after installling latest update on my iPhone Personal Vault is empty on iPhone. Web and Desktop versions show files in Personal Vault but latest iOs version do not. Everything is OK for files not in Personal Vault

Can anyone help mee?

    Thanks for reaching out. If OneDrive Personal Vault is empty on iPhone but works fine on web and desktop versions, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Sign out and sign back in to the OneDrive app on your iPhone to refresh the account connection.
    2. Check your network connection by switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, as slow or unstable internet can prevent files from loading in the app.
    3. Force close and restart the OneDrive app by swiping up from the bottom of the screen and closing the app, then reopening it.
    4. Update the OneDrive app by going to the App Store > Search OneDrive > Update if an update is available.
    5. Ensure Face ID or PIN unlock is enabled for Personal Vault. Open OneDrive, go to Settings > Personal Vault, and ensure authentication is properly set up.
    6. Reinstall the OneDrive app by deleting it from your iPhone, reinstalling it from the App Store, and signing back in.
    7. Check iOS Storage Settings by going to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > OneDrive and ensuring the app has enough space to display your files.

    But in fact the problem disapeared. I didn't do anythyng. Everything was fine after a couple of days.

    I am having this same issue. I have performed all the trouble shooting steps above. My iPad and PC syncs fine. My phone reports "No files in personal vault yet" when adding a files from the phone it doesn't show up on the vault but drops the file in the root of my files folder

    Tried it all, nothing works.

    I urgently need access to my vault. Travelling and important document stored in vault!

    23/03/25: 5 days and no response. I'm currently travelling and need access to documents in my vault! Cannot go find a computer all the time.....
