Hi,

We are encountering the error mentioned in the subject in the Office 365 and Office 2019 software we use within the company. As far as we have identified, this issue occurs on computers that have been running for more than a few days, and it resolves when we restart the computer. However, since we have a large number of devices, constantly restarting them is not a viable solution.

What could be the cause of the issue?

We solve a lot of this issue in our company.

You can delete the Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_***** in the C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Packages repository and then reboot. It does sometimes come back but otherwise it let's us work normally.

From what I understand, it's an issue with the licensing from the session user in that specific computer which Microsoft server tell that you don't have a valid liscence. Removing the said file force your computer to redo the whole procedure if getting the liscence anew.

    Hi Narendra Singh Rathore

Please dont tell to delete the Clear OneAuth and IdentityCache Folders: Close all Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.). Search for %AppData% in the Windows search box. Navigate to C:\Users\

that will break the other application that the user have in it. Which will call a mess if the admin dont have back up of it.
